This Privacy Policy explains what information Reaper Blackjack (“the game,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By playing the game you agree to this policy.

Reaper Blackjack is an adult (18+) game featuring simulated gambling with an in-game currency called “Souls.” The game does not offer real-money gambling or any real-world payout of money or prizes.

Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the game and keep your progress:

Anonymous device identifier. When you first launch the game, it generates a random anonymous ID and stores it on your device. This ID is your account key so your Souls balance, inventory, and stats persist. It is not linked to your real-world identity.

Google Play Games identity (only if you choose to sign in). If you use the optional “Sign in with Google,” we receive your Play Games player ID, display name, and avatar image so your account can persist across devices and, in multiplayer, so other players can see your in-game name/avatar. Signing in is optional; the game is fully playable anonymously.

Purchase information. If you buy Souls through Google Play Billing, Google processes the payment and provides us a purchase token and order details, which our server uses to verify the purchase and credit your Souls. We never receive or store your payment card or banking details — those are handled entirely by Google Play.

Gameplay and economy data. Your Souls balance, inventory, purchase history, match results, and leaderboard statistics, stored on our server and tied to your account key.

Session token. A short-lived authentication token is cached securely on your device to keep you signed in to our game server.

We do not collect your name, email address (beyond what Google provides if you sign in), precise location, contacts, photos, or other personal files.
How we use your information

To provide and operate the game (accounts, Souls balance, inventory, matches, leaderboards).

To verify real-money purchases and credit the correct amount of Souls.

To let your progress persist and, if you sign in, roam across devices.

To display player names/avatars to opponents in multiplayer (only for signed-in players).

To maintain security and prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse of the in-game economy.
We do not sell your personal information.

Where your data is stored and who processes it
Game data is stored on servers we operate on Microsoft Azure. We use the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

Data retention and deletion
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing kingrabbit@zombiebunny.org with your in-game display name (if signed in) or a description of your account. We will delete the associated server-side data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records (for example, purchase/transaction records) to meet legal, tax, or anti-fraud obligations.

Children’s privacy
Reaper Blackjack is intended for adults (18 and older) because it contains simulated gambling. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), secure server-side storage, and secure on-device storage of the session token. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the game evolves (for example, if we add advertising or new features). We will post the updated policy at this URL and revise the “Effective date” above. Continued play after changes means you accept the updated policy.
